    Ford question

On my bronco yesterday I started to hear a wissleing sound and i found where it was coming from. on the front of the block passanger side under the head... it looks like a rubber cap or something poped out of this hole... it is bubbling oil out but it isnt pressureized and it isnt threaded... i was just wondering if any of yall know if it is some kind of rubber plug or what that goes there.... by the way it is a 351 modified... so if anyone knows what the hell will plug that hole let me know... reply or call my cell
