    Question about 3"lift

I had a question that i was trying to get answered ... I drive a 02 Wrangler and i have a 2"coil spacer, 1"motor mount lift, 1"body lift, and a 3/4" polymer front spacer and i was wondering if it's possible to take out the 2"coil spacer and replace my coil springs with ones for a 3"lift without any other components ... I already have the shocks so that is not a problem, i just don't know ligistically if this will work. Let me know porfavor.

It should, but thats probably as tall as your going to get with stock stuff. Stock parts worked fine on my jeep until I went past 3"

Rear trackbar, and swaybar links might be an issue also..

I think with my 3.5" RE, we also had to drill a new hole for the front trackbar, but that was a while ago..so I forget.

I say go with a R.E. 3.5" or 5.5" kit, you'll be thankful later that you didn't waste money on something that your just gonna want to upgrade later. Go with 5.5" and run 35"s like Brandon said, then when you get money, regear and lock it up. Just my .02.

I'd definitely go with the RE 3.5", comes with everything ya need and isn't a tough install. You can run 33s fine with that combo. But, depending on what rearend ya got, you could keep the body lift, and shove some 35s under there. Regearing, locking-up, or spending any money at all on a Dana 35c (besides spare parts), is not a good idea.

Just ask Creighton about his d35, unless you want to waste money on chromolly shafts, CTM u-joints, and a crap load of other stuff, it'd be better to just swap in something else. There's all kinds of options, but really unless your planning on making your rig a hardcore trail only rig I wouldn't worry about it. Just lock it up and be easy on the skinny petal (opposite of Creighton, just don't watch him.. ).

Creighton doesn't have a D35c, he runs a D30/D44. D35c is the standard rear-end in TJs, and is a horrible piece of crap.
