didnt know that you had to put in the c bushings before everything else. so me and tommy tore it all apart again yesterday and got all of it finished except the shocks. pinion angle looks a lot better

anybody have some words of experience before i do the rear shackle reversal?

Do F350 hanger, didtch blocks and get new u-bolts. Would you rather replace schwecked up springs down the road and the u-bolts or just the u-bolts now?

Robert, measure the diameter of the axle tube and length for the u-bolts. I have an assortment of them back home that are sitting in the box. I have one's that fit 3 1/8" diameter axle as well as 3", the length's should work as well. Let me know.

the ones i have are 10 1/2". so i guess i'd need around 7 1/2. i'd guess the 9 inch tubes are at least 3 1/4. i dont know exactly

i got shocks for the front today. none for the rear for awhile. all i need to do is the shackle flip

if you jsut flip the hanger you have now you get like 1 and 5/8 inch of lift. Also do like i told you and move that new f-350 hanger farther forward.

All of the u-bolts I have are the length you're looking for. I'll bring some back if you'd like on Friday or so.

Got the lift finished and took it to 47 on Sunday. Worked great. Waiting on new shocks for the rear and will probably need to lengthen the brake lines. Fixed a leak on the pass side caliper. Bleeder screw is frozen and i can't get it out. Probably will buy a new caliper.

I guess I'll move on to tires, exhaust, other shat. May also be doing a trans/tcase swap in the future. I'll post some pics of it if I can find a camera.

Yea it does look good and the tires don't look bad on it either, of course you should go bigger though.
