    recovery strap

I dont know if this is in the right section or not but whatever. What type of straps do yall use? I have on in my car now but i think my dad is stealing it. I was looking at the 3"x30' 30'000lb procomp one but its 72 bucks! Anything else thats cheaper? I want to get a true recovery strap, not just a tow strap.
    thanks

edit: also looking for a clinometer, any suggestions with that would also be appreciated

Usually 4wp has some good deals on their pro comp straps, though I don't really know if they're all that great. Like Robert said, TSC, Northern Tool, etc. will have what you're looking for.

yea my friend had one of those, it was great when the hook put a nice dent in his tailgate (although that was mostly his fault for hooking it up at a weird spot). I already have 2 D-shackles so that wont be a problem.

    thanks for the info

i got mine at 4wp this summer 3 inch and the most lb weight limit they carieid whatever that was for like 26 bucks shipped to my door. it was during a sale but you would prolly have to wait for the next sale, which who knows when that will be.
P.S. and i think it is pro comp and it seems to be good quality
