get a tape measure and measure the length between the front and backsides of the tires. get them even at first and then toe in each front tire 1/8". that what i did and it worked pretty good

ok guys - its a driver. it floats big time, gonna have to get used to that. we put shocks on, welded a shock tab on, and ground down the inserts to get them to fit. went and got the new ends on the lines (FREE!), put those on and bled the brakes. trimmed the k member, cotter pinned the steering, aligned it a little more. Had to grind on the calipers a little to get the brake lines to fit. Put some new winshield wipers on it. That was all today.

yesterday and last night we drilled and bolted the track bar bracket, set the track bar length, picked up and installed a new yellow top, took my TTB to tates shop and disassembled it with the impact.

Still plenty of little things to do (insurance, registration, inspection, exhaust, some hardware, etc.) but it drives!!

Sorry for the lack of pics, I will try to borrow my roommates this evening as mine is on the blink.

By the way, can someone change the name of this thread to "B.W.T."? With the new lease on life it got, I figure it can have a new name as well.

So I have been driving it for a week now. Functionality wise the biggest thing I need to fix is the spring bow. I need to get it in check enough that they don't hit the tires. I put a new throttle position sensor in and it idles normally again now. I actually had autozone read the codes for me and it threw the tps code, so I went to advance and bought one ***. inside the upper plenum and manifold side of the throttle body are pretty nasty so I am gonna sea foam it just for grins. Now that the idle is fixed it reminds me how badly i need to regear. with it idling high it preloaded the converter and acceleration was nice ***. all for now i suppse.
