hey seth sorry i didnt get by yesterday to help, from what i heard from coop and robert told me was that you got quite a ways to go, and without having the lower coil buckets you either gota lot of fab time to make a solid 44- ttb coil buckets adapter, plus trac-bar mount.

Im not trying to be all negative, but can you just bolt the ttb back under there so you can easily get it rolling by monday? and then do the sas another weekend once you have all the stuff you need?
here is a couple links from a thread i made on fullsize bronco about sas swap mainly dealing with the 60 swap, but the tracbar mounts and stuff can be helpfull to you.

Well we made some really good progress yesterday. Got the frame pulled back together and got a new front crossmember fabbed up and welded in. Also put in a gussett near the crack in the crossmember. Hopefully get some more done after highway cleanup today. At least finish the welding up and start thinking about the track bar bracket. I talked with james trent on email and he is still has the lower coil mounts, so one way or another those will soon be on there way. Anyone goin down houston way for any reason tonight and coming back tomorrrow by any chance? Worth a shot, he missed gettin them to scott by like a half hour apparently.

    Next few nbig things:

    Plate/gussett frame
    Track bar bracket
    buy hardware

PS - the TTB is not going back on - I will talk to the city lady and buy some time, I think she will be cool if I explain the situation to her

My apologies for not making it out after Chicken Oil, I came back home to feed the dog and had to finish up a couple things for school. Tomorrow after 3 I can help if you still need it.

Man - The frame is officially intact enough now to bolt this stuff on. I am deeply indebted to Eric for stayin after I left for work to finish up. Thanks to everyone who came out to lend a hand this weekend. I owe you all. Tommy did some pretty welds up front - I guess that whole practice thing pays off. Tate - your welder is safe..in my bedroom. I now can get some stuff done this week kinda solo until I need to fab the track bar mount up. At least thats what I'm hoping. I'll try to keep ya'll posted.
