This kind of goes along with the whole "Guns don't kill people, stupid people with guns kill people" thing. A hi-lift can be a very valueable tool when used properly and with plenty of precausions and forethought. In all seriousness, if you get the two front wheels in the air with even one hi-lift, be very careful, that is an accident waiting to happen. My grandpa set up a few demonstrations when I was about 10 or 11 so I could see just how dangerous they were.

Seth to get the trac bar aligned you are supposed to, have someone inside the truck and have them turn the wheels while they are on the ground, this will make the body move to one side of the other, so that you can get it alignined, you will prolly need to do the two ratchet straps as i mentioned to you earlier since yours is quite a bit out of whack, then resort to the turning of the wheels.
