Saw that and pretty much every other one on local/texas forums.

Keep in mind I already have the entire drivetrain that I want to use. I'm really looking for a good body to start with. I'd rather pay more for a good body to start from than have it running. I'd actually prefer it not running as it would probably be cheaper.

I actually like the Jimmy's better, as I think the grille looks bad ass.

what's your hangup on blazers (and jimmys)?
why not try and find something interesting to put your parts in, like a willys wagon or a waggy with a kaiser grille (does such a thing exist?)
probably wouldn't be much work than swapping everything from blazer-blazer
and what's wrong with your frame? Don't you have enough stuff welded to it at this point that you would want to keep it?

I think the 69-72 blazers just look kick ass and are completly convertible. Maybe I choose a blazer when I first bought a car because I liked them, make sense?

I also love the interiors of that year model too.

I have been trying to convince him to get a pickup of that generation because A) they are easier to find, B) they are more usefull and C) they are usually cheaper.
On the 8th day god created the Super Swamper TSL and said "go forth and kick ass"

I think it's a kickass idea. That year model of blazer/jimmy is unique and would be awesome to have as a daily driver.

cool, now stop before I start to become knowledgeable on anything jeep-related. I just like those grilles and know they can be swapped onto some later waggys and j-trucks
