don't think so, but I bet a good speed shop would have one. Easily adapted to -8 fittings and should futureproof the fuel system to whatever long term big block plans Ed may or may not want to talk about on this board.

there are alternatives if you are in some sort of survival mode with the beast as your lifeline

you sure its not a quick connect? if it is a barb, cut off the barb and put a compression fitting on it. its a barb on the high pressure side?
thats the sort of kludge that this will be eliminating.

i wouldnt call that a kludge if it made it an option to get a readily available fuel pump when the current one goes out. i put something very similar on the scout tank 5 years ago and its been bullet proof. i find it hard to believe its a barb on the high pressure side anyhow.

edit- just noticed you have a pic. cant see it at work.

Yah, its a barb. This is what it looks like

I ****ing hate compression fittings but might end up having to do that for a little while until I can swing the 044.

How much is the 044 in comparison to an E8248 or E2000?

Ed those valves showed up too, I don't know about this idea. I think a shower of gas is a good thing once in a while.

There is no high pressure, it's less than 15 psi. This is assuming it still uses the stock tbi built in regulators. I slip a hose over it and use a hose clamp.

The 044 pump operates at 70+ PSI, and Ed's truck has an external regulator on it.

normally, when someone talks about plumbing a vehicle, they arent referring to house plumbing.
