    '03 Dodge brakes

My stepdad has an 03' 1/2 tonn 4x4 goat and they are doing a brake job on it. The mechanic says that he has to pull the axle shafts to do the brakes. I have never heard of such. Can anyone let me in on the secret here.

He just had to replace a cv joint up front. He might never have put it in 4 by. I will never buy a goat again.

front or rear brakes. You wouldn't have to pull the shafts to do either
