    Pull transmission.
    Remove pressure plate.
    Remove flywheel.
    Have flywheel turned.
Get new clutch and pressure plate.
    Install flywheel.
Install new clutch and pressure plate with clutch centered on flywheel.
    Install transmission.

how soon do you need it done? I can probably do it by the end of the week if I can use your driveway. Find out what the dealer wants for labor and cut it in half. You provide parts.

If your going into the trouble of dropping the trans, replace the t/o bearing while your there.

i may do this.... i would need it done soon though... bryan drivetrain quoted me about $280 in labor, $650 total. what all parts do i need?

i remember about something needing to be machined? I don't have any lifts or anything, though i do have an air compressor... how many of these have you done?

if's it's too much trouble, i'll just go with bryan drivetrain... they can get it out same day, that way i'll have a vehicle.... just let me know...

And the sad thing is, I know people who have bolted everything up without buying a 50 cent bearing

The throw out bearing costs about $160 for this application.
