I've always wondered what people meant by this, or when they ask whats the lowest cash price.

what other form of payment is there? Credit card?

Lowest cash price is a way of negotiating, just a way of asking for a lower price. Try it, it works. Also, most people have a weakness for cash. Say you were wanting to buy that truck. If you offered him $6000 he likely wouldn't take it. But if you pulled out $6000 cash money, looked straight at him, and offered that to him, it's much harder to turn down. It means you're serious, and that if he takes it the truck will be gone right away, and that the payment is good. There will be none of that "let me go to my bank and see what I can get", "I need to get the money from my dad" or any other such nonsence.

you could pay like the fag that bought the jeep from me for $2300. Six hundred dollar bills and the rest in 20's. What a homo.
    Boats and hoes

Stumble in to the liquor store
With a dollar-fifty for a bottle of wine,
I know just what I'm lookin for
    Thunderbird will do just fine.

kopecki says its easier to bargain with 20's than it is with 100's. it looks like more money.
