is this going to be creative built?

I don't know your entire plan, but if its going to end up parked next to the deuce and a half during tailgating maybe you could sell sponser space for parts needed like wiring harness and tires...

    "Creative Built" ?

Sponsors would be cool but I'm not really sure the best way to go about it.

i think it means joo built.
    edit: ah

sponsors would be cool, but you'd have to do neat uniforn decals in white or whatever color you start with like you agnitek decal. no individual company colors.

Nope. Home built. Sponsors may mean that it has to look better than "D for done" also. Not a bad idea though. Something to kick around.

the air bags they throw out are usually far beyond repair. wouldnt change them if they werent leaking. its usually got a leak in one of two ways, A) they are busted like a hotdog thats been in the microwave too long, or B) they are so old that they have dry rotted and the cracks look like a potheads eyes.

street legal for tires on the busses(and i think all heavy equipment) 4/32" on the front tires and 2/32" on the rear tires. for reference, 2/32" is about the thickness of a zip-tie. on the front, tires wear evenly for the most part. however, the rear is entirely different. the insides of the rear tires are generally the first to go. they will not be changed unless they are all the way down to the 2/32". if they are even a **** hair over that depth, they are left on. the busses are in the shop at least every 3000 miles, approximately 1.5-2 weeks, for scheduled maintenance(assuming no break downs) so sending it back out even with a little over 2/32 in the rear is safe. it is more likely that the fronts will be taken off as soon as they are somewhat close to the 4/32, because they can be put back on the rear.

so in responce to you saying that tires are bald leaving there, yes they are. However with ~96 busses with 6 tires each gives you 576 tires. The tires cost on average(more for nova bridgestones then the thomas firestones) is around 250ish. you add up the cost in tires...and this is not counting the international busses

the service truck... the front tires were completely bald before we replaced them. no exaggeration, there was NO tread on them...

There are some in a pasture there, its right off of Hwy 6 just north of Calvert on FM 1373. They have been there forever, I bet they might let ya have em. I have no clue on names or #'s, as I do not know these people, but we drive by there all the time.

on Hwy 60 on the way out to Snook, turn right at the Exxon Station and about 1/4mile down there WERE like a dozen school busses with the roofs chopped off from the driver all the way back. I do not know if they are still there or if they are fro sale.

No, they're used for cotton hauling. They're not that old either.
