OK guys - I stopped by today. This truck is still there and is still $800. Someone needs to buy this, even as an investment.

Spend $800 on truck, $200 on fuel and other crap to get it.
    - 1100 for axle
    - 200 for tranny and t-case
    - 100 rear axle
    - 200 engine
    - 150 steel
    = 1750 - you make $750 in a weekend...

make more if you sell body parts and stuff like the steering gearbox.

I would do it if I didn't have so much to do on the Jeep. I am not allowing myself to leave on the weekends for stuff like that - MUST work on the Jeep...

It really is a good deal

How do I get a hold of the owner? I am very interested as im about to be getting some money from a truck i'm selling

Does it have a bigblock, c-6, and np205?

Is that the same d60 that would have came in a 70 something ford? if not does it still have the capibility of being built up to 35 spline?

    is the back a 10.25?

    they have a webpage:

You will have to get a Ford Guru to look at the pics and tell you what all that crap is...

don't know about the motor. looks like a 460. wouldn't trust it since its most likely been on fire at one point. probably has a c-6. i guess it could be an aod. the tcase is a borg warner chain driven aluminum housing. maybe a 1356?

the 60 is not the late 70s version. the driverside leaf spring perch is part of the cast differential housing. 70s version does not have this. all 60s (not sure about the brand new ones) can be built to 35 spline.

    rear is a sterling 10.25

If I knew what t-case I'm going to get I'd probably buy it for the axles... Then again if I bought this for the axles it would make my t-case decision pretty simple, just buy a drivers side drop stak...
