    some progress

    i got this done this weekend, i have to fix some shiat, since i made the hangers too close together, the shackles are pointed to far back, but oh well, more damn work

    well, looks to me like you moved your shackle hanger back about 3" and your main eye hanger back about 8"

    yea, i did, before i put wieght on it, it looked ok, but afterward, well...., i'm goin to make a new rear crossmember and bumper and put the shackle hangers on the bumper

    this is with no wieght on it, with me and my roommate on it, it kicks them out some, we'll see how it works out

    they look decent, but you can tell where you start and stop, and it looks like you may be going a little fast

    yea, someone pointed out the too fast thing, and thats 1/4 and the duty cycle is what the start and stop thing was, i hate that

    Where is that weld? Does your welder cut out at the duty cycle to where you have to stop?

    that weld is the one's from the crossmember to the bumper, and yea, the duty cycle causes me to have to stop, but the welder doesn't stop welding, it just starts spattering and you can tell by the way it sounds its strainin, and i read on the miller info page, that you have to stop, otherwise it could fawk up the internals

    a little more

    a couple more, havin no money really sucks, but here is the front outboard hanger part and extension and i have main eye hanger tacked in place till i get the springs
