    VSS signals

    anybody know if there is a make of vehicle common to the off-road world that uses between a 10 and 40 pulse per d-shaft revolution VSS signal?

    This guy says 93 and newer chevy trucks and 94 and newer chevy rear drive cars (camaro, corvette, caprice) used 40 pulse per revolution.

    I found an aftermarket company earlier that had 16 pulse per revolution...

    where's the vss on newer dodge and fords? rear axle?

    VDO makes a speedo that can be calibrated in your dash by holding the trip button and traveling exactly one mile or something like that.
