why don't you just go get some 1 1/4 ID pipe, the bushings should fit right in

uh, didn't we cover this a couple of times in the last few weeks? Look in my buildup thread. There are some part #s for a set of replacement bushings for a jeep yj or something. Its 4 sets of bushings, with two 1/2 ID sleeves, and two 9/16 ID sleeves. Costs like 20 bucks for them from summit, and you can stick them in anything with a 1.5 ID, like 1.75x.120 DOM or 1.5 sch80. I just ordered 2 sets a few days ago and recieved them last night
it was for cj leaf springs. the daystar set also comes with smaller ones that are supposed to be used in the shackles i guess. don't know what to use those for

in order to do 10-12 of them, you'll need 3 of the above (4 per set)

using busings in a front panhard can cuase death wobble pretty easy if it's not aligned correctly something more solid would be my suggestion
