no, there differen't ones, one for reverse rotation, and one for standard rotation

timing cover is the same, water pump is different. only difference on the covers is some do not have the fuel pump mount completely cut out, just the bolt holes.
...
There are a couple differences, the early style have the timing pointer cast in, and the angle of the water jackets for the water pump are different for each roation
