shorten/respline axle shafts- where?

i'm about to send my d44 front inner drivers sideshaft out somewhere to be shortened 4 inches and resplined. where should i send it. ive checked out dutchman, moser, currie and was hoping for somewhere closer and cheaper if possible.

nothing cheaper - I sent mine to Moser. It's the closest and has the quickest turnaround
