One of the most easliy described places to live in College Station. I have run into more than my fair share of people that say, "Oh yeah, I passed out on a couch there one time after a party," or, "I think I know a guy that pissed on himself at that house he got so drunk."
When asked what the house looks like, more often than not I referenced the fraternity house from Animal House. Most people got it right away.
