    TCC V Recap & Pics

Kickass weekend. Most of us got there around 6pm on Friday. Ed and the Pete were already there. Ended up with over 120 rigs. Lots of carnage. It rained this morning a little, but we did the comp anyway and it was a blast. I will post some pics. I'm sure stories will follow

Cooke's Ford is the best campground kruiser EVER. Plans are to take it to Alto. I think we should make the old bed into a trailer, add in a stripper pole and we are Shiloh gods!

My carnage includes a bad trans seal causing ATF to leak all weekend. Front main seal leak got alot worse. blown bead, alot of body damage. bent tie rod. I think Creighton's was the worst. Cook trashed his front spiders, Ryan broke the yoke/u-joint caps/straps on a campground burnout and on waterfall. Sharpe's front drivers tire is not turning and plenty more.

My dad took a ton of pics of everybody, he should send them to me within the next couple days and I'll post them up.

Overall this was the best trip I've ever been on. It was great to see everybody having a good time and my dad and I had a blast. Thanks Ed for bringing the "machine shop on wheels" and letting me use your tools, your the man. Junior, I owe you big time for dragging my broke ass back and sacrificing your windshield, I really appreciate it.

Saturday I shattered two rear driveshaft u-joint caps and broke the driverside stub shaft trying to get out leaving me with 1 wheel drive. Replaced the rear u-joint caps, then a really nice fellow wheeler gave me a stub shaft which was awesome. I had the Jeep back up and running Saturday afternoon in the sand drags. Ran it in the comp this morning too which was a blast... When I got home I noticed that I was missing 3 front axleshaft u-joint caps, 2 on the drivers and 1 on the passenger. I think hauling ass in 3rd gear and 4low threw them out.

I forgot my camera charger so I only got pics of Saturday afternoon.

    Highlights:

This would have been a much better picture 3 seconds later. Both front tires were two feet up in the air and John and I just kinda stared at each other with our jaws dropped. He almost got to try out that new cage.

Creighton on the skinny pedal. Results to follow.

    The rest:

It all turned out really well we had 144 rigs at the park, we sold out of t shirts, food and the girls hustled raffle tickets like nobodys business. I WANT TO GIVE A HUGE THANKS to clayton, chris brown, garrett, nick kasner, as well as chris, garrett, and my girlfriends for giving 110 percent effort both days. Also thanks to anyone who helped to do anything at all whether it was serving food, taking tickets, or anything. The new guys really stepped up and did most of the work.
Also danny the band sounded great thanks man.

The comp was definately a good time.

Here is a video of my half ass jumping off my truck, and after my **** only working half ass this weekend my plan is to take out the good parts and trash the rest.
