    I need empty kegs. Let me know if you have any and how much you want for 'em. PM me so the vultures don't beat me to it...I'll be in CS in a couple of weeks.

    what do you need them for. it sounds like you are needing more than a few
    Red 81 CJ5, 35's, 4.10 and detroit, 4 to 1 dana 300, tbi efi, flat belly, cage, chromos and auzzie in front... sometimes runs. body damage to come

    GPP training. I'm going to fill them with various things (water, sand, etc.) and move them in different ways.

    I'd like to have 3.

    Right now, I'm looking for alternative methods of cardio. I have no immediate plans to compete in a strongman event, but I did find a competition in Houston. I have a LONG way to go before I'm ready to compete as a heavyweight, even as an amateur. The things some of these guys are capable of are absolutely incredible. Maybe I'll give it a shot next year, if I'm ready. At any rate, the training looks like fun!
