    window 120v ac unit

    i'm in need of a 120v window unit. the summer is getting to damn hot and as yall know i'm to cheap to go and buy a new one. please help me out so my gf will stop *****ing about the heat.

    yep but if someone had one sitting around that they wanted to get rid of that was just taking up space in a garage that would be cheaper and everyone would win

    I think we may got one. How much you looking to spend and I will talk to the guy that owns it, is only two years old. You could probably pick it up this weekend

    this thread may have been more effective in the winter, not a whole lot of people in tx want to part with an ac unit in the summer, especially not for cheap.

    alright i just talked to him, it is a BIG window unit meant to take care of a living room but still fits in a standard window. Has the little electronic temperature read out and a remote. Has all the trim pieces and has been well maintained since new 3 years ago.

    He wants 40 bucks for it.

    i'll take it, you didn't say if it was 120 or 220, i really don't want to deal with wiring a 220. if its 120 i'm all over it.

    This guy must live at 804 san benito. That place had the best AC unit ever.

    There is an a/c shop right near your house that sell used window units. Its called chris's a/c shop. it is right behind the pawnshop turned funeral home on the other side of texas ave.
