Nice fenders. I dig how they keep the stock lines, but those are much more functional.
We're planning a "benderfest" weekend, David and Brandon (Jackasic) are heading East with a bunch of tubing, and we're gonna lock ourselves in my shop. Plans are a cage and whatever for David, a cage for Brandon's Scout, a cage for my wife's Scout, and fender's for my brother's (Matso) YJ. Should be quite the weekend. Not much sleep for those involved, but it'll get all of us a bit closer to completion.
David, do you have David's (from Navasota) phone #? I lost his card, and can't seem to find the # anywhere. I want to see what kind of deal he can get us on tubing before we commit to anything.
Nice fenders...out of curiosity... why not narrower? just trying to keep the cruiser look?
They are narrow enough. The picture is without my new 2" BS wheels so project another 1.5" out.
Besides, you need some room for wrneches and beers to sit!

I ordered the driveshafts yesterday and will order the steering parts as soon as PU calls me back.
Those fenders look sweet. I remember seeing Charles' and the orange ones (I don't know the guys name, I guess Metalmender?). I like them. I'm wanting something a little more finished out (since I don't even have the side skirts), maybe that's the ticket. Probably not that wide, but I could definitely get into that. I need to find out how my tires travel first. We'll go from there.
Someday I'll see them in person.
