    A little update. My trailready's finally came in after ordering them midsummer. Also, the stak is supposed to be coming in early this week.

    More teaser old build pics I finally uploaded.

    Interior teardown



    Boxed the frame using 1.25" thick wall square tube welded inside frame/plug welded outside of frame with 2" flat stock welded on top.

    Thanks. I'm staying with the 38x15.5x16 SSR's I have for now. I'll get something different when those wear down.

    ? why did you use angle to box the frame instead of plate?

    I guess reading's overrated....

    Once again, I welded 1.25" square tube inside the stock C channel frame then welded 2" FLAT stock/plate on top. There is NO ANGLE iron.

    Red 81 CJ5, 35's, 4.10 and detroit, 4 to 1 dana 300, tbi efi, flat belly, cage, chromos and auzzie in front... sometimes runs. body damage to come
