    Colorado Family land oct. 07

i went up to colorado last October for my grandmothers funeral. These are some pics of our family land up there, where my grandma was born, grew up and barried there now. The family has been there since the early 1800s. The land use to be west of colorado springs covering about 800, 000 acres. the state took most of that to make state parks but the home stead is still there where my moms uncle still lives.

He is the coolest, old man ever, he owns chuck norris and Clint Eastwood. They dont make people like this anymore.

anyways, here are the pics of all the cool vehicles i promised some of you guys.

... some of which might be part of my collection

    sweet drill press

Is the DMC12 part of the collection, or did you just see it while driving?

I see the mandatory silver subaru GL, was almost my first car until the Dallas ice storm of '95 took care of that problem

ya that drill press is awesome.

the DMC was down the road.

yes all those cars are his... he kinda just uses them and parks them.
i was freaking out and he just says thats just a bunch of old crap sitting in a field.

i couldnt even get all the pics i wanted to, his house is a museum. you should see all the equipment he owns for his construction/blasting company.
anyone pick up on the air strip? or pikes peak looking out the front?

i dont know if he will sell any of that stuff... im sure he would. I know im going to go back up and talk to him.

my mom said that he doesnt like any of his kids or grand kids and he thinks im the only person thats worth a ****.
... so she said just be nice to him.
