    Just had a thought.....wonder if the owner rented the rooms to a couple "peace officers"

    or rather have him inform them who they are sharing the motel with and have them "voluntarily" cancel their reservations.

    how much could a house in clayton possibly cost? lets just pull our funds, its not like there is an HOA that will require us to mow the lawn

    With such a small population the percentages get skewed easily.

    For example:

    According to our research there were 66 registered sex offenders living in Beeville, Texas in early 2007.
    The ratio of number of residents in Beeville to the number of sex offenders is 205 to 1.

    I'm not defending any of those numbers by any means at all, just showing that those ratios make it look worse than it really is, especially considering that 23 of those 66 are incarcerated in any of the three prisons surrounding Beeville.
