We bascially just took out 4" of original fender and used 5 pieces of 2x4 3/16" to build it back. You can see the hefty chunk of leftover angle from our first idea used now as a center support
The Bronco is for sure wider now with the Solid outers Probably 1-2" It will not climb both at the same time, but it will not squeeze through, so, just one side climbs.
