i like it even more now that i see the stance. way low and wide. i also like the major downtravel. now i am anxious to see how the sheetmetal ends up, esp after seeing the time and detail in the frame. i think a quick bath to rinse off the shop dust from the last century would be a good start -

Well, that's not ride height, that's pretty much full compression. He's not happy with the rear mounts and is talking about redoing the rear mounts to bring it down some. But, Ryan plans on keeping ride height as low as possible.

You know how sometimes you comment on someone's ride and you say it gives you a stiffie or whatnot? I really did just feel funny in my swimsuit area looking at those pics. Is that weird?

seeing those pix outside the shop really makes me want to do the sheetmetal so
I can tell if it's goin to look like a truck. cutting and grinding tube sux sheetmetal shapin' is way more fun. I have to keep tellin myself finish the tube so you can do the easy stuff, it's really tuff cuz I am so slow a tube work.

thanks for the compliments, it really makes it easier to get more stuff done.

Cool designed strut tower brace to be added when he comes up with a good design.

I would start a thread about it on pirate but I really think those people will tear it apart. then I will be second guessin' my self more and probably be redoin more than I already am. I really need this for wheelin' again

the secret to posting on pirate is to answer the questions before they have a chance to ask them. state your purpose for your decisions and you wont be second guessed. leave it open for interpretation and the web-wheeling will commence. you'll get way more accolades than negatives. for heaven's sake dont ask a question unless you already know the answer.

search for teenycar's jeep build, "project acrophobia" i think. this reminds me of it. look at all the knob hobbing he got and i dont think its near as impressive as yours.

it needs to look something like this... except centered and with a straight hole cut in the hood.
