    1980 3/4 ton Chevy Scottsdale

I have a 1980 Chevy scottsdale. Everything is stock. This truck was used as a farm truck before I got it. I used it a few times to check hog traps and thats about it.
The front is the GM 10 bolt and the rear is a FF14 bolt.
It has a 350 with the granny 4spd and whatever t-case came in the 3/4 ton 80 chevys.

The guy I bought it from last year said he had it rebuilt a few years ago.
The truck probally needs an oil change, new brakes and maybe a carb kit (it ran good the last time i started it).

    $1200

you can find those all day in the junk yard. I walked by at least four in Dismantler 2000 (Awesomes's sister yard)....$30 each.

I would venture to say that they charge more than $29.99 for a front axle, but have never tested this theory.

In dallas they have changed it to car axles, not truck axles, or so they told me. I think exploder 8.8's still fall under the $30 blanket. If you ***** enough, I'm sure you could get any deal you want, that's what I did with busa's. ***** until they basically gave it to us.
