    J-yard vacuum pump

no its not for what you think.

a friend needs one because his engine is worn out and not making enough vacuum to work the power brakes well. looking for a cheap fix for now.

any diesel trucks out there with auxillary vacuum pumps on them?

Will she have "realistic features" John? I thought you had a girlfriend, but you're right, "bionic girl" will be cheaper in the long run and will never have a headache.

ah, good thinking. what about vw diesel cars? trying to find newer stuff as the pump is more likely to be good and available locally.

You know, now that I think of it, this may not be that bad of an idea for the camaro. The brakes are good, but the booster has always felt weak at low rpm...might have something to do with the cam...heh

For a car like your camaro, why not hydroboost? I can litteraly do a stoppie in pigpen because I have hydroboost and a modded p/s pump. I would think kickass brakes would be a neccesary upgrade on a car that can scare Jimmy.

Cox, 6.5 diesel trucks with a serpentine belt setup had an accesory mounted vaccuum pump.

    A. There is no room for a hydroboost booster
    B. There isn't room for any extra hoses
    C. The brakes actually work good except at idle. I could probably just get away with a vacuum reservoir.
