I think the Cadillac gold and posey pink paint scheme worked pretty well for my Jeep, maybe bring that back?

Black. I'm boring. That green will not look good after a few trips. Do that higher up, maybe on that giant D ring when you weld it back on. That way you can find the tow point when it's buried up to it's windows in Alto in October.
BTW, that thing looks super sweet now that you took those crappy sides off the bed. Great work!
The disco ball in my mouth, insinuates I'm ballin'
save the fancy paint for something that wont be covered in **** for the next decade or until it gets sent to China to make new Toyota body panels

Ok, WTF is this? First picture is the axle seal on the left that keeps oil from the diff to spilling out the axle shaft, to the right is the mystery part. The second picture is a close up. Frick and I were knocking the oil seal out using the VonBroom technique, this is where you stick a broom through the opposite side then knock the the axle seal out, and this thing knocked out from the inner side. That is to say it came from the knuckle to the 3rd member. When we did the opposite side we found the other one, so their was one on each side???? It is bigger than the seal by like 3/8" and can not be installed throught the knuckle side, it has to be put in through the 3rd member hole.
It is elliptical or the hole is off center, and there is a small like weeping hole on one side? WTF is it? Hippy did not know via phone, neither did BDR.

its nothing from the knuckle. maybe your previous owner forced them into the axle tube as some kind of axle guide or something? I don't see any reason for it being there since you had the third member all the way out and everything is contained on that.
