voltage should vary depending on how high you turn up the brake controller. At max power they should get 14v. It sounds like a ground problem to me. You could also have bad coils, you should be able to check them when an ohm meter.

I think you know this, but the knob on the left is the level knob.

Does anybody have a coating or paint for exhaust parts to stop corrosion on non SS parts? Maybe even a little insulation? New up pipes on my truck to replace the leaky ones and I don't want them rusting out in a few years. Needs to be able to withstand 1500 degrees just to be safe, I doubt it would get that hot.

the hottest my old truck ever got was 1200 degrees. And i have a better turbo set up than i did then so egt's will definitely be lower. And i don't have a tuner.

There's only 3 up pipe kits that fit with the stock turbo, none of them are ss.
