Just retorque them when you rotate the tires. Not many people rotate tires anymore though.
But since mine are a smaller lub pattern I can see the spacer. refer to pic
i had one fall off once, and scotti almost lost one this weekend.... broke two studs
basically just after a trip or 2 of wheeling real hard pull them off and thread lock and torque again.
i think id rather just recenter the wheels. this is not good news.
why they work fine... but when wheel you wheel the piss out of them they might wiggle loose after a couple trips.

Check out the Magnums, I think this is where I got mine from. I still cant remember. They say they are steel.
