    Only in that it gives you a platform that has a better aftermarket behind it. Other than that, I would think no.

    well datsun is cheaper(i dont have to pay all up front either)and i have found a few guys online that have done a sas with yota parts so if yall dont think the jeep is a whole better then ill stick with the datsun

    Just needs a timing chain gasket....so it runs? How bad is the leak now?

    sorry about the link. he said it was leaking a little not much but he took the cover off to replace and has not done it

    don't get it it is a closed knuckle d44 in the front, also the t-case sucks. the rear axle may be usable but since it is not running i don't think i would even pay 1/3 of that

    well he is one of my good buddies and it runs and i can pay a little now and a little after the holidays so the price works for me. but i understand what you are saying

    good luck with it, when you are ready to pull out the sawzall and whatnot let me know, i love kustom modifications
