after we figured out the battery was dead in westons truck. steve was already 3/4 of the way back down to us on the little 35 hp tractor that somehow was able to pick the left corner of my truck up. call him to turn around and get jumper cables and some tools. few minutes later weston starts walking to the front to meet his gf that brought more tools and some water. i pull the battery out of my truck and put it in westons truck when steve gets back on the tractor. try to start it only to realized weston took the keys to the truck with him to the front, wait another 30 minutes and they somehow wheel the hyundai down to us and we use my battery to start westons truck to get the trailer in the right place. then put it back in my truck so i can use the rearend to pull me on the trailer while steve lifted the front corner with the bucket on the tractor. (this was the way we got it from the bottom of the trail i was on back to the valley) then put the battery back in westons truck so we could get the **** out of there.
i think weston has pics on his camera. i'll get them when i pull the truck back to my house.

i dunno about in this club, but it seems pretty common amongst pirate folks...just did a lot of research about BJ vs. KP and there werent many cases of broken BJ knuckle...could be because not as many people run them. there was one well documented comp guy who has run a BJ60 for many seasons and never broken a knuckle. the broken KP knuckles were attributed to the extra force being placed on top of the knuckle where it wasnt designed to go, which is intensified when running spacers under the arms...leverage and sheer and all that crap.

Anything is better than China King. Flem Robbie and I concluded this after Flem tried eating some packing material last time we were there.
