With a dollar-fifty for a bottle of wine,
I know just what I'm lookin for
Thunderbird will do just fine.
The fact that we both thought to bring this subject back up within less than ten minutes of each other.
You say saturday morning. If I remember correctly the weigh-ins are like 11-1pm, then the comp isn't until 5-7pm according to that .pdf file....unless I looked at it wrong. Care to shed some light on the specific details if you know them Andy?

Honestly? I hope so. I've been ridiculously busy with work, and it looks like I may be moving much sooner than I expected. I've been busting my ass trying to get our house ready to sell and look at properties, and I haven't been able to train anywhere near the way I wanted to leading up to this. I'm still hurting from a workout last Saturday. I'm not sleeping well or enough, and my recovery sucks.
The good news is that I've done all of the events that will be in the comp before. The log clean & press each rep will not be fun, but I'm pretty decent overhead. The overhead medley will be interesting with a 300lb log at the end, after the C&P. I'm most concerned about the farmer's medley with the 330/hand farmer's at the end. My deadlift is crap, and that's up around my max. I'm also looking for a bit of redemption after finishing 2nd in SC, so I'll have plenty of motivation.
I'm guessing the 4 hour break is due to all the other events at the Europa, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and whatnot. The intermission fits their schedule better.
