That looks fun. Odd setup, but fun. That seat makes my kidney and a half want to cry though.![]()
The disco ball in my mouth, insinuates I'm ballin'
Well 9" is a welded carrier, pulled the third member out and water and a sludgeish type fluid came out. Needs disc brake conversion and every bearing in the bitch replaced.
Might be cheaper to just get another 9 than replace all the bearings. I also have the club spare nine inch shaft that has traveled prolly across the world but not in an axle. I will give him if he wants it. It has a good bearing in it I believe.

He who dies with the most **** wins, after seeing your collection you are in the lead no doubt!
It runs like a champ.
also, need a new ford 9", this one is fawked.
whole axle. trying to see if its cheaper to pay $140 for a master rebuild and establish a learning curve on setting up gears, pressing bearings, etc. or find a 9" in usable condition. Then add either rebuilding the brakes or going discs for ~$120.
whats this?
thats travis's bronco, he keeps threatening to make it running again

well, TTB brings the suck, to replace the passenger side shaft, you have to tear the entire front end apart. lame.
I am guessing you broke the inner, inner shaft. You can replace the outer and middle shaft without removing the center section. But I am guessing you figured this out, If I were you, I would just do a straight axle swap, it is about the same amount of work...![]()
