Thats a pretty good idea. Ive never really thought of doing anything like that before, but it should help a lot at night.

well it wasn't my idea, i've seen several people with them, but i'm hoping these will work
i did that over the summer, those look like expensive lights just to light up a tire though... i used the harbor freight 2 for $7 package and they work great
The cheap ones are the best because when you break them and you will, your not out much money and can replace them easily.

make sure you use a relay....if not you will burn the switches up in a matter of minutes....i think mine went after no more then ten minutes...

well those are the cheapest wal-mart had, i think they were $12 for a pair w/ wireing fuse and switch, so i wouldn't feel too bad about breakin 'em
gotta be careful about running those in places like llano, they get hot, and cold water hitting 'em will crack the lens.
the last thread I saw that was this was this one...

they are lights, they're cheap, same ones i got, if they break fawk it you didn't pay much, and they were bright as hell until they did...

With a dollar-fifty for a bottle of wine,

Thunderbird will do just fine.
I had three on the Patrol when it rolled out of the shop - I broke two of those. I have since fixed these and now have 6 lights on 3 switches.
