I am a little bit ashamed I missed that.

So at full cut or just a tight turn, I have an intermittent squealing noise coming from the front end. Also, in 4WD I get a binding-like sensation that seemingly builds up, then does the same squeal and then goes away. It does it over and over as the wheel spins. So it has to be something that is spinning. Is it my U-Joint? This is the drivers-side U-Joint, looks goofy?
Also, this only happens while going forward, does not happen in reverse.

One of the u-joint caps does appear to be broken.
Have no idea of that is related to your noise...
definitely a u-joint you should replace it before it destroys the shaft.

Got the U-Joint replaced. No more squeaks or pops. They said the passenger was starting to get some play as well, so may have to get that replaced here soon.
where did you take it?

Chop's, I like those guys. Didn't want to mess with it this time, but I will do the passenger's side myself some other time.
If they say it is getting play in it, you need to replace that immediately, especially with a wheeling trip coming up. Last thing you want is to blow one and destroy your shaft like kyle did

He said A LITTLE play, and all the caps look good. I have a spare, but I would rather wait.

I appreciate it man, I'm down if you have some time this weekend or possibly weeknights next week. I wish I had the tools, in which case I would just dive in, but that would be a bad idea haha
text me. I don't have anything tomorrow after work tomorrow.
