Any interest in a trip to Brazos Valley Off Road Ranch?

I was talking to a couple people that have a Jeep business out of Calvert and they said they enjoyed going to BVORR. They have runs every 2nd and 4th Sunday and you can wheel for FREE. Yes free, they do take donations for charities though. You can also rent out the park for a group fee of $500 for a non 2nd/4th Sunday. I think it would be a cool place to check out that is very close by and cheap. Thoughts?

They have night wheeling... Let's all go and turn our light bars on and blind everyone.

Summary, it is a neat place to go, the guy who owns it is a little particular, and it's his land, so he has the right to be. But for instance, if it is raining, he closes the place down. In the past Tamor's inability to plan and his detail oriented method of running the place has lead to issues.

The most notable trip in my memory was the Tamor 10 year trip:

Which reminds me, this year is Tamor's quincinera.

My search skills must be lacking, I wasn't able to find much on it involving the club.

I'd be so down. It's a great place to go just for a few hours or camp and night wheel. Plus, you can't beat free wheeling.

Okay this time I have to rag on you... Jeff already posted up about this in the BVORR thread in official club news.
