So what can we wheel
So what can we wheel
Doesn't sound like Rudy is too worried about it and thinks it will pass pretty quick?
Knowing him he'll probably go up there and tear down the ropes and chains to keep business flowing. If the chains stay, the only thing you can't get to immediately is waterfall and gaspers goo that are right off the main road on the right...should still be able to get to everything else though.
It's not the trash that is causing this, just an excuse for the owners of the other land. Sounds like they are having to use the main road as an easement. Apparently after the place was logged the owners sold and new owners are the problem??? Don't know if its for hunting or more potential logging?
The place was pretty clean this past weekend..didn't come across any "piles" at all. Maybe a can or 2 and everyone we were with always picks up ours and others.
Man that sucks. Will be sure to pick up as much as we see. Pretty excited. Jeep needs some work over the next couple of weeks.

Copied from Shain Brown on FB.
I just spoke to Rudy down at green acres in Clayton.
THERE IS ONLY AN ISSUE WITH THE LANDOWNER OF THE PROPERTY BETWEEN GASPERS GOO
& WATERFALL ALONG THE ACCESS ROAD PARALLEL TO JEFF'S LEDGES!!!!
According to Rudy, this other LANDOWNER has put his ropes & signs to far over from the surveyed property lines.
Rudy also stated that he is NOT UPSET with any situation regarding the
trash on his property. He stated that he feels that everyone DOES
RESPECT his property. If you do go wheeling there, just be mindful and
pack out your trash & pick up any extra trash if your parked on the
trail.
Rudy is not selling any of his property.
If you
do go down there and need to use the access road for a rig rescue or an
emergency, just move the ropes if possible and twice them. I would
suggest that until this LAND DISPUTE BETWEEN RUDY AND THE OTHER PROPERTY
OWNER is finalized through their legal actions, let's be mindful that
it isn't our business.
Simply just use Jeffs ledges to go that way.
I'll try to answer any questions if needed. Please share to your wheeling groups.
So basically where we get out onto the access Rd in order to bypass the deep water hole, then we drop right back in....that is where the access Rd is blocked? So it's blocked from there all the way to the creek crossing/green mamba start?

Its blocked at the entrance of KT's climb from what they told me..there is another outlet right before the water hole so we can get out and right back in unless the guy set up land mines or something

One problem I see with this is I currently do not even have a room reserved, much less a kitchenette.

I have a kitchenette as well. All the beds have already been called, but we can use it to cook in for sure

So what are we going to do about firewood. I have a lot cut but needs to be split. If we could get a few people to come help me we can split it and load it up. I also have 14 pallets that could go if someone has the room.
If nothing else bring it unsplit and turn sam loose on it.
