make sure you're using the correct extension cord for the right welder. While a 220 mig may run on a 12 gauge extension cord fine, a cracker box won't be happy on it.

tate, plain and simple, don't weld it. I can't imagine a daily driver with a welded carrier. I remember when we welded up hensels rear and he pulled out of the drive way. The slightest turn and it started barking.Originally Posted by Shaggy
