Should give me a 207:1 crawl ratio in Double Low... That is stupid slow.
that's only dumb low, you need another 50% to get into the stupid category... :D
I'm with Stooopid... ^^^^ :D
that's what she said...
don't worry eric, you have a better story to go along with yours.
Chiney!
This reminds me that I need to see if moms still has the 95 that got forked up in the creek. Chop the top, SAS and some real axles in it and it would make a hellufa little wheeler.

Off with the old.
Ok I got the tires in last week but then the baby started kickin momma's ass and I forgot about em. I was planning on using part of our tax return to get some pitbull rockers to replace the H1 tires but delivering a baby and hospital stays were about $2300 more than i was expecting so these tires will work for now. :)

At least you got the less-****ty ones :gigem:
what size?
those are the 37x12.5x16.5 aren't they?
Yeah they are the 37x12.5x16.5's. I have heard they are hard as hell too, oh well.
I think the real problem is that they're normally seen on fullsize trucks with normal 16.5" wheels, both of which suck and probably give them most of the bad reputation. On beadlocks, I bet you'll be OK.
If you air them down far enough they will break in faster and are not that bad of a tire. Had a few sets on work trucks and they always did a good job for me running around on site.
looks good
I saw the 'new' H1 beadlocks this morning. They look to be 32 bolts now. Will have to see if I can catch one sitting still to take a picture.
do they have the rubber runflats in them?
I think i have seen a set of those on some H1s in transport,
Ed do you think you can get set shipped over here
pictar...
Yep, that's the one. It looked odd w/ the uneven spacing of the studs.
lil update today. Still buying the last remaining pieces and parts and crap to get this thing wrapped up.
Russ down at Baertrax ended up setting the gears and installing the Detroit in my diff for $200. That to me is money well spent, cause I didn't have to screw with anything. I dropped it off two days ago and my wife picked it up yesterday done. I am very happy.
My buddy has been working on it the past couple of days and is currently changing out the oil pan to a 2WD T100 pan as I type this. He also got the steering box mounted up, the firewall plate put in, and the front spring hanger in. Tonight I am going to throw the rear diff in and reinstall the rear axles and hopefully get a mock up shot with the wheels and tires on the rear. :D
yay for springs

it looks like that shaft has alot of splines just cut it down
Sexy pumpkin. I dig those on Busa's also.
how wide is the diamond?
63"
whats going on with the u-bolt closest to the pumpkin? it looks bent, and even has a white discoloration like it was heated?
Nah no gussets, it's a diamond. Never seen one that needed em.
I am going to check on the truck I will check on that u-bolt, it does look a lil funny.
you can get custom u bolts at any spring shop and they are cheap. not only is it unsafe but there is no need to heat and bend one when u can get one made in the correct machine for less than 10$.
bvd wants at least 45 or so, but still cheaper than a trip to the hospital
