I like tater tots. Raunchy 5000s would prob overheat and fade in a heartbeat in a real race environment but I expect something else to catastrophically fail before that becomes an issue.

The ford gods were looking down on me today. I found that the 79 bronco frame to axle brake line is the same size as the 05 sd brake lines, so I won't need an adapter.
messed around with brake fittings for a while at work. I need a 7/16 female-9/16 male adapter for the mc and the stock 90's bronco m/c adapter and another adapter to go into that for the back line fitting on the lightning m/c.
Got my 1330-1350 conversion u-joint in. I will use the conversion u joint till I do my 205/1356 doubler, then i'll get 1350 yokes on the transfer case and have new driveshafts made.

Did you re-use the front driveshaft? Did you move the axle forward an inch, it is my experience that a dana 60 pinion is 1 to 1.5" longer than a dana 44, this means the driveshaft needs shortening. Thoughts?
If possible drill where the straps go out, to where you can put u-bolts. This is stronger. If you do not do this, the bronco will light on fire and everyone inside of it will die of the hiv.
Yeah I think the driveshaft needs to be shortened a bit. I agree I like the u bolts better. I'll probably end up doing that.
I tried going to full compression on that side to see what maxing it out would be but it started to lift off the jackstands before I could see. I didn't want the truck to fall on me, especially since i was alone. i'll try it out on the rti later this week.
What's your plan for diffs?
4:10 for now, I have the carrier and pinion out of sparlings 10.25 so I just need 60 4:10's. I'll eventually go to 4:56 when I go up to big boy tires, and a 1356 doubler. Welded rear detroit front.
Hydro assist?
brian is about to go full hydro.... u could buy his stuff...
Awesome. Let me know. I'll be meeting frick to give him a tranny later this week.

After 3 weeks of looking for a new one I found this son of a bitch. I should have gone to gordons a long time ago, it was on the first ford truck I looked at and took me 2 minutes to get off.
I still don't know what the **** it is, but I need it.
Edit, it's a proportioning valve for the rear drum trucks. I'm going to drill it out.
Sorry, looked for the 4.10 gears, I think they have been recycled.
