Yeah, almost all of the brackets are a mix of 1/8" and 3/16". The tubing is 1 3/4" .120 wall, and all the suspension links are chromoly. Shouldn't really be that heavy compared to a trophy truck or the likes. You have to remember, this thing isn't being built to be some lightweight comp buggy that gets unloaded off the trailer, bashed on a comp course, then put back on the trailer for the trip home. This thing is going to be a balls to the wall, sand dunes/desert runner, rockcrawling and trail running, hauling ass down the highway, cyclone spinning, stereo bumping, windows up with the a/c cranked, high flying mushroom cloud laying mother ****er, mother ****er!
