I'd go with the northwest fab adapter. St.John's got one and it's a nice piece of hardware.

do the 241/205 doubler.... lighter and better gearing. Plus it's much cheaper.

hell no, not unless you're in a rush. You can usually find them for 100-200. I think I paid 125 for mine at gordons.

Search for d.d. machine in the vendor product forum. I plan on doing this, but I'm gonna see if I can use a np242 case out of a hummer (cause I have one...maybe two, dont remember).

looking at his stuff right now, but cant find much.
The basic idea is the same as the 203/205. Except instead of an adapter, it's just a plate and you reuse the case. There is also a little spud shaft. I'll go find the thread.
