Whoever doesn't have a place to stay could just run up to the bar thursday night...I'm sure you can find some young woman to shack up with.

If we get the kitchenette that we are supposed to have we might have a space on the floor. If not we are screwed. It also depends on who goes for sure. John the redneck neighbor and my dad are on the maybe list for our room, if they come we won't have room. Anyway, too soon to tell is what I am trying to say.

Our plan:

We are towing the buggy up ourselves, leaving Thursday late afternoon or evening (we'll leave with a group). We have room for at least 3-4 passengers if needed.

Lance Long is a strong maybe that he will be coming with us & probably stay in our room (A&A main building).



p.s. I don't think finding a space to sleep for everyone is going to be too big of a problem, but I am sure some of the rooms are going to be tight. There are other places to stay in clayton, so if worried you might check them out. I know there are houses for rent (call the city), and there is also the Clayton Country Inn.

hehe....Actually, there are several houses in town that have been rented to people going up to 4 wheel in the past. I just don't know how to get a hold of them.

Get to 45 however you want to, go north. In Dallas it turns into 75, in Oklahomo it turns into 69. When you get to Stringtown, take a right just past the guardrail thingy onto 43. DO NOT SPEED THROUGH THE LITTLE TOWN THERE. Stay stright next to Sardis Lake at the Dam. When you get to HWY 2, that's Clayton, take a right and look for the A&A on the left.

That is how we drove the pete in two years ago and I swore I would never go that way again due to the super twisty roads. It might not be near as bad only pulling a bumper pull.
