bleed defender brakes one more time
finish rear panel/high lift mount
and definately not do the old switcheroo on disco inspection stickers, that would be illegal and immoral ;)

edit: decided to make a separate thread for trails discussion instead of gumming the rooms & rides thread up.

sprayed clear coat tonight, looks good. Will put all of the hardware on tomorrow and install:gigem:
Snowing at my place this AM. However, the weather this weekend in Clayton is looking very good - weird almost since there is near freezing weather on Weds and Monday, but Thursday-Sunday is considerably warmer.
we get weather like that once a year. most times it never pans out.
Need to buy the right sized bolts, paint my sliders, cut my flares, fix my heater, and grind my skid plate down...
One final left woooooooooo!
I just talked to the A&A - they are still full up, though he did ask me if Ed still needed his room. I told him no:flipoff2:
He said he had some firewood, but not enough, so suggested we bring some if possible. I would be glad to haul it under the buggy - does anyone have any in town?
Regarding the xmas parade - vehicles that want to be in it need to meet at the school at 5pm Saturday. Don't forget your "decorations" and candy in toilet paper tubes.
Also, another plug for the Gift Exchange - don't forget to bring something!
p.s. Ed, he actually remembered you were off in Iraq and was glad to hear you made it back.
I can not figure out what is wrong with my heater for the life of me... Can some one help me out?
Oh and I still need to use someone's grinder...
and you think any of the soldiers coming back from over there are not going to be using the extra hazard pay and extra that they got from being 'tax free' over there on strippers???
:D
It would be a good time to go start dancing in Killeen with 4ID getting ready to redeploy back home. ;)
Does your a/c work too? What exactly is it doing? If it's a problem with the vents, it more than likely is the blend door levers. There's a short one and a long one. If I remember correctly, the long one is on the defrost, and the short is on the main vent. These are notorious for breaking. If it is just not getting hot, your heater core might be plugged. Pulling the hoses and reverse flushing it might fix it. Here's the pictures of the levers I'm talking about. I don't think they are avaliable through mopar or not, but those are the factory part numbers listed on the stickers.
Why do I still know this ****?
Me and weston have the furniture situation taken care of, recliner, loveseat and couch not matching
The heater is fixed (fan motor $170 bucks!), the bolts are bought, the flares are half way cut...
I still need to borrow a grinder if I want to wheel...
(and I'm out of money, time to sell those books!)
this snow is hindering my loading up process.
I am at my house if you want to come borrow mine. It's the one that the case broke on while you were using it the other day, though. I am leaving within 1/2 hour though. If you want I can leave it outside.
p.s. Sprint is down all over southern US, so cell phones are out.
I am going to be pretty late leaving the house to head that way tonite due to not being able to get the right propane fitting to fill my tanks with.
Anybody have any recomendations for places that fill tanks?
the uhaul in CS fills them
my sprint phone works
I am planning on leaving between 1pm and 2pm. Will be loaded up tonight and have a couple meetings in the AM. I'd rather go in a caravan if others are leaving around then.
I think Cook and I are planning on leaving 11-noon or so. Seth?
what happened to the propane fitting
or stop at Star Tex Propane in Waco, the will be able to hook you up
Not exactly sure where it ran off to, but I have an idea which I will share with you over a beer. ;)
Me thinks we not go through wacos....
I will try the place in Bryan to see if they have the fitting tomorrow but not too worried about it now though. The grandparents went to Rogers today to get the right fitting, but the guy made the wrong one and I didn't find out till they got back with it. Meh, so goes the days of our lives....
Scotti, you still have room in your truck for going up?
*Cooler is loaded, went with a 5-link system.
*Spares loaded
*Tools loaded
*Clothes packed
Tomorrow hook up trailer, drive klogger on and go. Luis, BDR and I are leaving at 4pm from North Houston. Meeting Doug in Madisonville. We will be there, when we get there.
Food - check
beer - check
clothes - check
satisfied wife -
well, 3 out of 4 ain't bad!:flipoff2:
I may actually be there on time!:D
So where/ when are we going to meet up to leave?
I could meet at the mall or my house at about 2pm if anyone wants to follow me up/ ride with me.
